One of our customers recently shared their dreadful experience with a Honda Service Centre in Gurgaon. 

Car Details :2018, Honda, Jazz (25000km)

The car went in for a periodic maintenance service and they received a quote of ₹17000 😱. On checking the quote we found out that the service cost was 7808 + 10500 of random unnecessary services like:

1. Fuel tank cleaning

2. Caliper set overhaul 

3. motor case treatment(Whatever that means)

4. OBD Diagnosis charges(₹2800)

5. AC evaporator cleaning

This is when the customer did not report any issue with the car.

OMG!! We were shocked to our core, that the service centers could stoop so low in making making money by deceiving unsuspecting, innocent customers. The customer paid 17k for this service and was questioning their choice of car as well. 

Although one of the reasons for starting Motor Market was to save the customers from overcharging OEM service centers but we did not know that the problem had gone to this extent at the time.
